Prices are based on 2 people sharing the ground floor villa apartment with sole use of the pool and garden. Additional guests are charged at €10 per person per night up to a maximum of 4 people in total. 4 night minimum stay, 28 day maximum reservation.
There is a government mandated Climate Crisis Resilience fee of €15 per night that must be paid locally in cash on arrival.
25% non refundable deposit is payable on booking. Balance is due 70 days before arrival.

Age Requirement: All guests must be over 25 years old, no single sex groups.
ID Verification: All guests are required to provide valid identification on arrival in compliance with Greek short-term rental laws.
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is 4. Overnight visitors are not permitted.
Pet Policy: No pets are allowed on the property, due to potential allergies and sensitivities of other guests.
Smoking and Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property. Care must be taken smoking outside.
Noise Level: Guests are expected to maintain a reasonable noise level, especially during nighttime hours, as the property is located in a residential area. A quiet period is in effect from 23:00 to 07:00 by law. During this time, guests are required to keep noise levels to a minimum.
Party and Event Policy: No parties or events are allowed on the premises. The property is for quiet use only.
Pool Area: Glass and crockery are not allowed in the pool area to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all guests. Plastic or non-breakable alternatives should be used by or near the pool.
Commercial Photography: Commercial photography and video are not permitted on the property without prior authorisation.

Please ensure you have appropriate travel insurance in place, no refunds will be considered outside of stated policy.
0-41 days before arrival: Deposit + 100% of the balance
42-70 days before arrival: Deposit + 50% of the balance
71+ days before arrival: Deposit only
